Se ia în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul M.M.

La apelul nominal răspunde petentul personal, lipsind intimații Asociația de Proprietari - G.E., O.G. și R.A.T. Craiova.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de A.B., procuror la Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit E. - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, cauza a cărei strămutare se solicită a fost soluționată la data de 27 septembrie 2012.
