Se ia în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta S.M.

La apelul nominal lipsesc toate părțile: petenta și intimații S.A., S.C. și S.I.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de A.B., procuror la Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit E. - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, următorul termen acordat în dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere este la data de 28 noiembrie 2012.
