S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții P.N. și P.M.D.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții P.N., P.M.D., precum și intimații B.-G.S.G. SA, C.I. și C.C.I.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D. din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost legal timbrată.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 12296/225/2012 al Judecătoriei Drobeta Turnu-Severin, a fost soluționat la data de 11 octombrie 2012.
