S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul P.O.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimatul M.A., lipsind petentul P.O. și intimații B. (G.) N.R., F.M. și P.E.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura de citare legal îndeplinită.
