S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul D.G.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul D.G. personal, lipsind intimații Comisia județeană pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată Neamț și Comisia Comunală Stănița.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost legal timbrată.
