Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, la data de 8 ianuarie 2013, intimatul D.G. a depus întâmpinare și copii înscrisuri, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată al instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 23081/109/2012 al Tribunalului Argeș, a cărui strămutare se cere, are termen de judecată la data de 20 februarie 2013.

Petenta personal, solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare, susținând motivele scrise.
