S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Tribunalul Caraș-Severin.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul Tribunalul Caraș-Severin, intimata A.C.T.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare are termen de judecată la data de 24 septembrie 2012.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
