S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta P.M.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta, personal, lipsind intimații Z.I., C.A., Z.V., Z.C. și D.V.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1392/328/2007 al Judecătoriei Turda, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 2 octombrie 2012.
