S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții T.G. și F.V.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții T.G. și F.V. și intimații Primăria Comunei Borăscu, prin Primar, Comisia locală de Fond Funciar Borăscu, Comisia Județeană de Fond Funciar Gorj și Primar Ț.C.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3272/263/2011* al Judecătoriei Motru, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost suspendat la data de 18 mai 2012.
