S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta M.L.

La apelul nominal lipsesc atât petenta, cât și intimata, Casa Județeană de Pensii Vaslui.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3645/89/2010 al Curții de Apel Iași, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 11 mai 2012.

Procurorul solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
