S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta A.C.N.L.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta, personal, lipsind intimații Comisia Locală de Fond Funciar Jupânești, Comisia Județeană de Fond Funciar Gorj, M.V.V., R.U. și C.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura este legal îndeplinită.
