S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul D.A.M.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul D.A.M., personal, lipsind intimata Fondul de Protecție a Victimelor Străzii București.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
