S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC L.P.A.P.I. SRL.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta SC L.P.A.P.I. SRL, prin delegat P.D., lipsă fiind intimata M.D.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 397/44/2012 al Curții de Apel Galați a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 15 mai 2012.
