S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.N.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul B.N. și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Dolj.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 11446/63/2011 al Curții de Apel Craiova a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 24 mai 2012. Se mai referă că intimata a depus întâmpinare la 26 aprilie 2012.
