Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 4306/63/2012 al Curții de Apel Craiova, secția I civilă, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată stabilit la data de 17 ianuarie 2013.

De asemenea, se referă faptul că intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Dolj a depus la data de 06 decembrie 2012, întâmpinare la cererea de strămutare, iar petenta a depus la data de 10 ianuarie 2013, completare la cererea de strămutare.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public formulează concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca neîntemeiată.
