S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Ș.D.Ș.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul Ș.D.Ș. și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Dolj.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul nr. 3165/63/2012 al Curții de Apel Craiova, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 28 ianuarie 2013.

Procurorul solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
