S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta Federația Asociațiilor de Proprietari Botoșani.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta Federația Asociațiilor de Proprietari Botoșani și intimata SC M.C. SA.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L. Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul nr. 4140/193/2012 al Judecătoriei Botoșani, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 28 ianuarie 2013.
