S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta Asociația Proprietarilor Individuali de Terenuri.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta Asociația Proprietarilor Individuali de Terenuri și intimații Obștea Moșnenilor Starchiojdeni și Batrâneni, Ocolul Silvic Vălenii de Munte și Ocolul Silvic Siriu SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul nr. 3783/331/2011 al Tribunalului Prahova, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 12 decembrie 2012.
