S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC B.T. SA sucursala Botoșani.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta SC B.T. SA sucursala Botoșani și intimatul S.D.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.
