Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1757/244/2012 al Judecătoriei Huși, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată stabilit la data de 23 ianuarie 2013.

De asemenea, se referă faptul că intimatul V.M. a depus la data de 22 noiembrie 2012, întâmpinare la cererea de strămutare.

Avocat A.M., având cuvântul asupra cererii de strămutare, solicită respingerea acesteia ca neîntemeiată, pentru motivele expuse în întâmpinare.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public formulează concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca neîntemeiată.
