S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Consiliul Județean Argeș.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petentul, reprezentat de avocat P.D., lipsă fiind intimații Spitalul Județean de Urgență Argeș, B.C., Județul Argeș reprezentat prin Președintele Consiliului Județean Argeș și Președintele Consiliului Județean Argeș.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 31 ianuarie 2013.
