S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul P.V.

La apelul nominal s-au prezentat petentul, prin procurator și intimații U.A.A. și L.R.E.E., reprezentați de avocat B.V.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 28 noiembrie 2012.

Petentul solicită admiterea cererii, conform motivelor formulate în scris și prezentate verbal. Depune un set de înscrisuri.
