S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC I.L.R. IFN SA prin mandatar SC A.I. SRL.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimata SC R. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost legal timbrată.
