Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 24 aprilie 2013.

Petenții, prin avocat, solicită admiterea cererii, conform motivelor formulate în scris și prezentate verbal și depun la dosar concluzii scrise însoțite de copia unor înscrisuri.

Procurorul pune concluzii de admitere a cererii de strămutare.
