S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta SC C. SRL, prin care solicită strămutarea judecării procesului civil ce formează obiectul dosarului nr. 1076/1259/2012 al Tribunalului Comercial Argeș.

La apelul nominal nu au răspuns petenta SC C. SRL și intimatul Penitenciarul Colibași.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.
