Cererea a fost legal timbrată.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 9505/200/2011 al Tribunalului Buzău, secția I civilă, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată stabilit la data de 5 aprilie 2013.

Se mai referă faptul că intimata SC R. SA a depus la 21 martie 2013, întâmpinare la cererea de strămutare.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public formulează concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca neîntemeiată.
