The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the request for the transfer of jurisdiction filed by the appellants, ruling that this decision is final and not subject to appeal. The dispute concerned a procedural motion to transfer a civil case pending before the Court of Appeal of Constanța to a different court, which the court of record noted had a scheduled hearing date. The decisive legal basis for the dismissal was the court's analysis of the transfer request, leading to the rejection of the petition and maintaining the original jurisdiction, with no specific statutory provisions cited in the operative text beyond the standard finality clause.
