Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 16068/215/2012 al Judecătoriei Craiova, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 3 decembrie 2012.

Procurorul de ședință solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
