Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul 1362/90/2012 al Tribunalului Vâlcea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost suspendat la data de 17 ianuarie 2013.
