Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3201/212/2011 al Tribunalului Constanța a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 17 ianuarie 2013.

Petentul G.V., personal, solicită admiterea cererii pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.
