Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost suspendat în temeiul art. 242 C. proc. civ., la 5 februarie 2013.

Petenta P.E. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune și oral.
