Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la 22 ianuarie 2013.

Petentul solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune și oral.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
