The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the applicant's request for the transfer of a pending civil case to a different jurisdiction, thereby upholding the original jurisdictional assignment. The dispute concerned a procedural petition to transfer a case from the Oradea Court of Appeal, where the Public Prosecutor opposed the request. The court rejected the transfer application in its sole final decision, establishing that the case would remain under the purview of the Oradea Court of Appeal, with no appeal available against this ruling.
