Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare are termen de judecată la data de 29 aprilie 2013.

Se referă, de asemenea, că petentul, a fost citat cu mențiunea timbrării cererii de strămutare.

Avocat C.S. depune la dosar dovada achitării taxei judiciare de timbru în cuantum de 4 RON și timbru judiciar în valoare de 0,3 RON și un set înscrisuri. Solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare, conform concluziilor orale formulate.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
