Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost soluționat la data de 8 februarie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
