Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare nu este timbrată, petenta fiind citată cu mențiunea achitării taxei judiciare de timbru și că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor ECRIS, dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, a fost soluționat la 7 februarie 2013.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de anulare a cererii ca netimbrată, iar în subsidiar, de respingere a acesteia.
