Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor ECRIS, dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, are termen de judecată la 11 aprilie 2013, precum și faptul că petenții au depus la dosar un set voluminos de înscrisuri.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii, ca neîntemeiată.
