Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că cererea este legal timbrată, precum și faptul că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor ECRIS, dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, are termen la 28 ianuarie 2013.

Avocat B.G., pentru petentul G.V.G. susține motivele formulate în scris și solicită admiterea cererii.
