Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 21863/302/2011 al Judecătoriei Drobeta Turnu Severin, are termen de judecată stabilit la data de 22 martie 2013.

Avocatul C.R. pentru intimatul S.M. arată că nu are vechimea necesară pentru a formula concluzii în fața instanței supreme, în acest sens depunând note de ședință formulate de avocatul titular.
