S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul C.O.S.R.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul C.O.S.R., reprezentat de avocat D.M. și intimata SC C. SA, reprezentată de directorul general I.G.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință V.L.

Cererea de strămutare este timbrată corespunzător.
