Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 7644/105/2011 al Curții de Apel Craiova, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 11 martie 2013. La data de 1 martie 2013 intimata a depus întâmpinare prin care a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare ca neîntemeiată.
