S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenții S.A. și S.I. privind strămutarea procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 1186/46/2011 al Curții de Apel Pitești.

La apelul nominal lipesc petenții și intimații Statul Român, prin municipiul Sibiu, reprezentat de primar, SC U. SA, S.P.A.F.L., S.O.și Ministerul Finanțelor Publice.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost soluționat la data de 13 februarie 2012.

Procurorul solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare ca rămasă fără obiect.
