Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 19059/271/2012 al Judecătoriei Oradea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 14 martie 2013. La data de 27 februarie 2013 intimata a depus întâmpinare prin care solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.

Avocat P.A. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare, pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le susține și oral.
