Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 22900/271/2010 al Judecătoriei Oradea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 27 martie 2013. La data de 6 martie 2013 petentul a depus cerere de judecare în lipsă.

Procurorul solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
