S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul S.A.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul S.A. și intimații SC C. SRL, Municipiul Brașov - prin primar, Statul Român prin Ministerul Finanțelor Publice prin DGFP Brașov, Municipiul Brașov prin Consiliul Local prin Primar.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 23981/197/2010 al Judecătoriei Brașov, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 26 noiembrie 2012.
