Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată, precum și faptul că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor ECRIS, dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, a fost soluționat în data de 5 decembrie 2012.

Reprezentanta petentei depune acte în susținerea cererii și solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii, ca rămasă fără obiect.
