S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții C.F., C.A., C.G. și C.I.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petentul C.G., lipsind petenții C.F., C.A., și C.I. și intimatul R.F.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror B.A.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
