S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta P.O. Sărsig.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimata P.G.C. Sărsig prin avocat B.C., lipsind petenta P.O. Sărsig.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2309/255/2012 al Judecătoriei Marghita, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 15 ianuarie 2013.
