S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta R.M.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimatul R.T. Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș. Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită fost soluționat la 8 ianuarie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect. Analizând cererea,
