S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul B.D. prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 11782/90/2012 al Tribunalului Vâlcea.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimații SC C. SA Râmnicu Vâlcea, SC S. SA Râmnicu Vâlcea, SC G. SA Râmnicu Vâlcea, SC A. SA Pitești, SC S.I. SA Pitești (...).
